The Year of the RINO

I am so disgusted! Disgusted at the fact that the same political schemes are happening in this election cycle as the ones in 2008.  It doesn't matter that a grassroots Tea Party movement was started to help curb the enthusiasm of the Politicians & Corporations who favor a totalitarian state by way of big government!
In 2008 I campaigned for a candidate who in the opinion of others as well as myself thought  was the most conservative of all the others.  I never imagined that the election system had  become a racket  in order for the choice of candidates be forced upon the American people as it was that year.   You would have thought we had learned our lesson.  But this year is turning out just like all the others.  A system of subversion is taking place and people need to wake up to the fact it wants to implement itself on society.  We must  not let this continue, otherwise we are going to find out one day that America is no longer the America we know it to be.  When the media pushes a candidate that nobody wants  in the forefront and ignores the others, all the while accusing other candidates of being biased, are themselves being biased and bigoted!  Its not the media's job to select our candidate!  This is not a popularity contest.  It's not a game show to see who scores the most flashy  talking points.  We must decide on a candidate on the basis of their character and credentials.
This year is the year of the Dragon in the Chinese new year.  The Chinese dragon is described as having great strength and auspicious powers.  With the debt owed to them by America, one can easily see a dangerous scenario inching closer to the time when it comes to paying up.  America's symbol is the bald eagle.  Flying high with confident strength high above any other. A  free and peaceful protective species.   Do you still see America like this?  Or do you see her as a wishy washy, flip flopping, unscrupulous, selfish nation destroying  itself from within?  Are we going to let another election go by as the media and self interest groups select our candidate of choice?  Is this the year of the RINO?  yet again?

Moving Forward

Man, this year went by fast!  That's a good thing because 2011 didn't offer much of anything.  I mean, 2011 was just there.  Nothing exciting.  Nothing new.  Nothing to look forward to.  It was just there.  The reason it was like that was because of me. I got comfortable in where I was at in my life.  Nothing is going wrong, so why fix it?  I was content.  Nothing wrong with contentment,  but when your thighs are the size of the Amazon jungle and you can't pick up anything heavy because you haven't used your  muscles in years, then its about time to change some things.  Or when you constantly complain about how boring work is and how you want to do something meaningful or be more productive, yet, fail to do anything about it, then yeah, its time for a change.
2012 has already given me a lot to look forward to, and I intend to take full advantage of it.  I'm planning and setting goals for the coming year.  I'm not going to wait for something or someone to hand me anything!  I'm gonna go out there and create it for myself!  So enough talk!  Its time for action!  If you want to get in shape, let me know.  If you need/want a new job, find out what it is your good at and go out there and either create your own, or find a job that fits.  Do not settle anymore.  Forget what people say about the economy.  Forget the negativity, and forge on!  It's time to make a change.  Who's with me?

The Promise of Christmas

As Christians, this is the time to reflect on the gift that has been given to us.  A gift that can never be broken or taken away.  A gift that is sealed forever. You too can receive this gift.
